1.3. Using the Application indicates the user's acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1. Registration in the Application is required for full access to its functionalities.

2.2. Account access is protected by a password, which the user is obligated to protect from disclosure to third parties.

2.3. The Administrator reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of terms violation.

3. Tournament Organization

3.1. Tournament organizers can create events, establish rules, register participants, and manage results through the Application.

3.2. Players can register for tournaments through the Application, accepting the rules of each event.

3.3. The Application enables real-time result tracking and archiving.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Using the Application may involve fees, particularly for tournament organization or access to premium features.

4.2. Fees are determined by the current pricing available on the Application's main page.

4.3. Payments can be made online through specified payment systems or in other designated ways.

5. Refunds

5.1. Users have the right to receive refunds in cases of incorrect charges or Application malfunctions.

5.2. Refund requests should be submitted electronically through the contact form, providing transaction details and the reason for the refund.

5.3. Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the positive resolution of the request.

5.4. For payments made through external systems, refund timing may depend on the payment operator.

6. User Rights and Obligations

6.1. Users agree to use the Application in accordance with the law and good practices.

6.2. Sharing accounts with third parties and manipulating tournament results is prohibited.

6.3. The Administrator is not responsible for tournament organizers' errors or participant behavior.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Administrator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.

8.2. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, Polish law shall apply.

8.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office.
